Employee Guide

For California retailers: order the Employee Guide California Only (a separate product)
Know your state law? What about FDA regulations and federal law! Our Employee Guide has terrific summaries.
The Guide includes state law specific summaries AND summaries of Federal law and FDA regulation requirements of retailers for tobacco products, including vaping products, e-cigarettes, cigars, hookah and pipe tobacco and more. Fundamental training information, tips and handling difficult situations included.
Note: The new federal law mandates a national minimum-age of 21 years old for tobacco and vapor products as of 12-20-19. This law also requires asking for ID for every customer under 30 years old. This information is included in this Employee Guide. However, many states may still have state laws stating the minimum-age is 18 or 19 years old (It is possible state laws may be changed at some point during 2020). When, and if, state laws are updated, We Card will update our Employee Guide. Retailers should follow the federal law requirement of the 21 year minimum-age.
